Fifteen ways of water:
Friedrich Kerksieck

Water that is listless.  The pool a crow dabbles in.
The tap of a leaky faucet.  The Alamo's well is lonely.
drop drop drop.  Moving so freely it ceases to move.  Spit
from the tongue of an unlikely salesman.  The catfish quakes
in its sludge-eating sleep.  Watched falling from the window.
The way in which rocks are rounded.  The limestone quarry
where we dive.  The flooded spillway.  The hangnail of an icicle.
Cupped in the palm of a statue.  Rivers that start to roll backwards.
