John M. Bennett has published over 400 books and chapbooks of poetry and other materials. Recent titles include The Gnat's Window (Luna Bisonte Prods, 2012), BLOCK (Luna Bisonte Prods, 2012), Cuitlacochtli (Xexoxial Editions, 2012), Object Objet (with Nicolas Carras; Luna Bisonte Prods, 2012), Drilling for Suit Mystery (with Matthew Stolte; Luna Bisonte Prods, 2012), LIBER X (Luna Bisonte Prods, 2012), CaraaraC & El Título Invisible (Luna Bisonte Prods, 2012), Olvidos (Luna Bisonte Prods, 2013) and Mirrors Máscaras (Luna Bisonte Prods, 2014). He has published, exhibited and performed his word art worldwide in thousands of publications and venues. He was editor and publisher of Lost and Found Times (1975-2005), and is Curator of the Avant Writing Collection at The Ohio State University Libraries. Richard Kostelanetz has called him "the seminal American poet of my generation." His work, publications and papers are collected in several major institutions, including Washington University (St. Louis), SUNY-Buffalo, The Ohio State University, The Museum of Modern Art and other major libraries.

Laura Carter lives in Atlanta, Ga. Her two most recent chapbooks are Chaos Provisions (Dancing Girl, 2014) and Beginning of Way (ShirtPocket, 2014). She lives on the east side of the city with her dog and two cats.

Darren C. Demaree is living in Columbus, Ohio with his wife and children. He is the author of As We Refer to Our Bodies (8th House, 2013), Not For Art Nor Prayer (8th House, 2014) and Temporary Champions (Main Street Rag, 2015). He is the recipient of three Pushcart Prize nominations and a Best of the Net nomination.

Raymond Farr's most recent books include Ecstatic/.of facts (Otoliths, 2011), Rien Ici (Blue & Yellow Dog, 2010) and Writing What For? Across the Mourning Sky (Blue & Yellow Dog, 2012). His poems appear in Otoliths, Upstairs at Duroc, Cricket Online Review and E•ratio. The poems in this issue will appear in his latest book, Poetry in the Age of Zero Grav, due out in late 2014, early 2015. He is editor of Blue & Yellow Dog.

Zachary Scott Hamilton lives in New York City, out of a Bloomingdales bag he found in the trash. His work appears in journals blaze vox, sleeping fish and meta zen. He is currently researching for his third novel and can be followed doing so on zshuniverse.tumblr.com.

Joan Payne Kincaid has lived many lifetimes but currently writes and paints in Sea Cliff, Long Island. Her latest book, Being Here: New and Selected Poems 1988-2012 (Kindred Spirit Press, 2012), is now available. She lives with her partner Rod, a rescue cat named Cordelia, and a fox terrier named Fancy.

Individual entries on Richard Kostelanetz's work in several fields appear in various editions of Reader's Guide to Twentieth-Century Writers, Merriam-Webster Encyclopedia of Literature, Contemporary Poets, Contemporary Novelists, Postmodern Fiction, Webster's Dictionary of American Writers, The HarperCollins Reader's Encyclopedia of American Literature, Baker's Biographical Dictionary of Musicians, Directory of American Scholars, Who's Who in America, Who's Who in the World, Who's Who in American Art, NNDB, Wikipedia and Britannica, among other distinguished directories. Otherwise, he survives in New York, where he was born, unemployed and thus overworked.

JenMarie Macdonald is half of Fact-Simile Editions. Her chapbooks include Sometime Soon Ago (Shadow Mountain, 2010) and, with Travis Macdonald, Graceries (Horse Less Press, 2013) and forthcoming Bigger on the Inside (Ixnay).

Travis Macdonald is a 2014 Pew Fellow in the Arts. He is also author of two books–The O Mission Repo [vol. 1] (Fact-Simile, 2009) and N7ostradamus (BlazeVox, 2010)–as well as several chapbooks, including Basho's Phonebook (E-ratio, 2010), BAR/koans (Erg Arts, 2011), Sight and Sigh (Beard of Bees, 2011), Time (Stoked Press), Title Bout (Shadow Mountain, 2011) and Hoop Cores (Knives, Forks and Spoons, 2011). In his spare time, he edits Fact-Simile Editions with his wife JenMarie.

J. D. Mitchell-Lumsden co-edits Cricket Online Review and Erg's chapbook series. He lives in Iowa.

Christopher Mulrooney is the author of symphony (The Moon Publishing & Printing), flotilla (Ood Press, 2014), viceroy (Kind of a Hurricane Press, 2014) and jamboree (Turf Lane Press, forthcoming). His work has recently appeared in West Wind Review, Zettel, Indefinite Space, California Quarterly, The Southampton Review and Soliloquies.

Sheila E. Murphy's most recent published books feature collaborative visual poetry and include Yes It Is (Luna Bisonte Prods, 2014, with John M. Bennett) and 2 Juries + 2 Storeys = 4 Stories Toujours: Xerolage 55 (Xexoxial Editions, 2013, with K.S. Ernst). Murphy has lived in Phoenix, Ariz. throughout her adult life. She is a leadership and organizational consultant, and devotes considerable time to writing, visual poetry and drawing. Until age 18, she was known exclusively as a flautist.

J. D. Nelson (b. 1971) experiments with words and sound in his subterranean laboratory. More than 1,000 of his bizarre poems and experimental texts have appeared in many small-press and underground publications. He is the author of several collections of poetry, including Cinderella City (The Red Ceilings Press, 2012), Piso Mojado (Argotist Ebooks, 2012) and When the Sea Dies (NAP, 2011). David Welper received his M.A. in Creative Writing from Wayne State University in Detroit, Mich. He has been a featured reader in New York City and at Writing Without Walls and Under The Influence in San Francisco, with an upcoming reading at Poetry Express in Berkeley, Calif. He writes with an appreciation for the odd things in his brain focusing on sound, structure, and image.
