    A line from Salvador Allende
    Mark Young

    The development of multi-
    functional nano-tools in
    order to make the State
    a machine creates a false

    sense of security. It's
    another outmoded Romantic
    notion, much like those
    Soviet monuments to the

    Worker & Collective Farmer,
    or the belief that adipose
tissue is one of the most
    crucial forms of energy

    because it's a renewable
    resource. We are seeking
    to overcome it. Football fans
    face a day of uncertainty.
